Pleasant Sales Experience
We purchased a Jetta wagon on Friday, 4/1/11, and our sales
representative was Terry Heyne. He made this purchase a very pleasant
experience. He was very straight forward and seemed honest; and every
thing he told us checked out to be true (values, etc.). He was extremely
friendly, as was the rest of the staff. What a great car buying

I just purchased my third
new vehicle from your dealership and I feel compelled to tell you that
this latest experience surpassed all previous events.
The salesman involved in my latest purchase was Mr. Barry Dodson. This gentleman is
the perfect illustration of why I continue to travel from Pennsylvania
to purchase new vehicles from your dealership. Mr. Dodson was extremely
engaging in the sales presentation. He was not overbearing, as some
salesmen are known to be. Most importantly to me, at no time during the
process did he offer up a red herring simply for the purpose of selling
me the vehicle. While Mr. Dodson displayed nothing more than professionalism during the entire sales process, another individual deserves accolades: one of your service consultants, Ms. Wendy Julian.
vehicle was ready for delivery on Saturday, June 26, 2010. There was a
minor incident regarding the installation of mud guards on my new
vehicle. Realizing I was traveling back to Pennsylvania on Sunday, and
not returning to your area until late in the summer, Ms. Wendy did
yeoman's work - at 4:00 in the afternoon - in order to ensure the mud
guards were installed, saving me a special visit upon my return.
closing, I wish to tell you that your dealership is a quality
organization. In my opinion, your dealership will continue to prosper
