At the end of the month, Volkswagen will introduce a new value addition to the Golf SportWagen lineup. Positioned right between the S and SE models, the Limited Edition model comes with many popular features, including a number of exterior enhancements, a panoramic sunroof, and 17-inch allow wheels. Also included is a suite of standard driver assistance technologies such as Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Blind Spot Monitor, and Forward Collision Warning and Autonomous Emergency Braking (Front Assist).
Inside, the Golf SportWagen Limited Edition sports heated leatherette seats, and a new MIB II infotainment system with support for the three major connected car systems: Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and MirrorLink. It also comes with KESSY keyless access and push-button start.
Under the hood, the Golf SportWagen Limited Edition is motivated by a 1.8-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that delivers 170 horsepower and 199 pound-feet of torque. With a six-speed automatic transmission, it achieves a highway fuel economy rating of 35 mpg. MSRP starts at just $24,995.
