I paid $189 for a check engine light that found the problem. Every other business takes that off the cost of fixing the problem. This dealership wouldn’t do it. That made me think twice about using that dealership for any further work in the future.

All of the people at East Coast have the same motivation and that is to make their clients feel special. My wife and I buy cars that last and only stay with dealerships that treat us well. The technicians, mechanics and service consultants at East Coast are wonderful and, I believe, they all have our best interest at heart. I know that they will do the best for us and we appreciate it a lot.
