I gave the service I received a 1 star because the only thing I came in fr was a oil change and I specified that several times before handing my key over to the technician/helpers. And hour and a half passed, a helper came to me and explained that they did a whole inspection and according to the "supposed" problems I have with my car, my bill added up to 1703.45$. Keep in mind I specified only an oil change was needed for today which is 135$ including tax. After denying the extra service, the water became a little pushy and extremely passive- aggressive with me exclaming that if I don't have the finances we can break the payments up and if I don't fix the "supposed" problems my car will not run.... This has been a ongoing process, but from now on I will not be returning to Volkswagon of Myrtle Beach anymore. I will be going to volkswagon of Florence from now on.
