    Oil change was fine, but was promised a car wash - that wasn’t taken care of. They also reset everything to factory settings in the car, which is super frustrating as I know have to go back and tackle resetting to my preferences. Also charged me for a tire rotation, despite having a free 10k service. If you recommend the rotation at 10K miles why are you charging me?

    They were able to get the part needed for my car but there were no techs in on Saturday to install the part so I have to wait till the next time I am in state to have the repair finished.

    I am from PA visiting my son and my service was due. I called a few days in need of a Saturday appointment and able to attain. I was greeting as soon as I parked my vehicle and directed to the service area. Once inside the service area, I was welcomed and was asked a few questions and my car was taken back to the garage. The waiting area was clean with a variety of beverages, a television, and vending machines. The service was performed quickly with a few follow-ups once I return home and visit my local dealership. I would highly recommend. It was exceptional customer service!

    The Service department is dedicated to making sure your service needs are met in a timely manner. Waiting room is very welcoming. Never disappointed in my visits. The whole staff are very professional!

    I always feel good about the servicing I receive at East Coast VW of Myrtle Beach. I dropped off my car recently and Virginia was able to get me a loaner car for the day since my repair was going to take a few hours to complete. It also turned out that one of the repairs I thought I needed was not necessary as of yet. I appreciated their honesty. This also saved me the expense of that repair. Virginia kept in touch throughout the repair process to let me know when the vehicle was near completion. I would definately recommend VW to my friends and family.

    I was in and out. Waiting room with WiFi (even an area for people with computers). Maintenance was done on time, if not sooner. Just wish you were further north, closer to NMB.
