Everyone there is outstanding. Russell was very accommodating. Get me informed as to what was going on with my vehicle and while I didn’t need additional work done I found coupons online and Russell was happy to apply the coupons to My Bill.

I felt that being a repeat customer, I would have been given the same respect and good sales experience as my last three purchases from East Coast Honda. The Volkswagen dealership added a $5000 Market Adjustment to the price of the car. When I asked what the five thousand dollars was for, the salesman told me it was for the Upgraded Radio, seats, lighting, and technology. I found out later that this was included in the regular price of the vehicle. I called an hour after getting home after finding out that I was taken advantage of, these vehicles are not in short supply and not a sort after vehicle. What they did was legal but highly unethical. You lost a repeat and dedicated customer. I could not believe that Volkswagen would stoop to such tactics. As I said this was my fourth vehicle from East Coast in seven years. Shame. Now, they credited me two thousand dollars back, which only proves to me that they knew what they did and got caught. Shame. If SC had the three-day cooling-off period, I would have returned the vehicle that very same day. I am one very unhappy first time and now only time Volkswagen owner. When the two years are up because that's about the time period I usually keep a vehicle, I definitely will not be buying another Volkswagen only because of the trust issue. Unhappy in Little RIver.

I love my dealership and the service I've received. I had my Atlas in for an engine seal replacement because of an oil leak. I also had a noise/rattle coming from the rear seat area that I mentioned to the service technician. Plus the console charging pad would mysteriously stop charging randomly when my iphone was on the pad. They notified me the car was ready. When I arrived they said they didn't hear the rattle but they made sure the seats were all secure and the charging pad was designed that way. Anyway I got in my car and began driving out of the dealership and immediately heard the rattle noise. I took a u turn and went back to the technician. He told me I would have to bring it back and they would look harder into the issue. I was very disappointed. It is a 35 minute drive for me to get from North Myrtle Beach to East Coast VW. Plus I'm still dealing with hearing the rattle every day which is frustrating and annoying.
