Dropped my car off for a 9:00 am appt, and at 2:00 pm it still wasn't even touched. Just because I choose not to sit and wait doesn't mean you should take advantage of my time. Very unprofessional.

GREAT to work with and went out of their way get us the car we wanted from another VW dealer. The experience was smooth and fast no pressure. Tried years before to buy from East Coast but never had a good experience so never bought there. Our salesman was Alfonso he was so nice and easy to work with. Shawn the manager was extremely helpful with the process.

Paper trash crumpled up and left under engine hood, tire pressures all messed up even though they were checked and/or filled, tire pressure sensors messed up after rotating tires, and car wash left exterior dirtier than before the service. The most disappointing service I have received from VW in the 6 years of me being a customer.
