Our salesperson promised delivery that could not be met due to satellite issues. Daily phone calls (for 2days) inadequate information. Apparently by that time it was clear to service that our care needed a new part. If Mac had told me I would have understood. Perhaps he was not well informed. So I insisted to speak with manager who kept in touch with regular updates. Eventually part arrived. Delivery promised for Saturday at 8am due to conflicts. Car arrived at 9. For the topping I pull out of driveway and license plate falls off.

I was able to get a same day appointment for an oil change. What I didn’t get expect was to have a check engine light get fixed, which has been on sporadically since I bought the vehicle. I have taken it to 4 other VW dealerships, none of which ever addressed the issue, even when I asked them to. A seemingly simple fix of a software update fixed an issue that I have dealt with for years and I am thrilled to no longer have to worry about it being on.
