    While visiting Myrtle Beach my battery went out on my 2021 VW Atlas. I called your dealership and asked if I could get it to your dealership could you work me in that afternoon to replace the battery. I got my car there around 3PM and David your service tech took care of it and had me back on the road by 5 PM. Great experience.

    Appreciate the professional service manager, David and his suggestions in attending to others items for repair while my vehicle was in for service. Appreciated the regular communications concerning the progress, and really appreciated the plastic seat and steering wheel cover to keep the interior clean. Always enjoy the exterior wash that is included.

    East Coast VW of Myrtle Beach provided an outstanding service experience for my new Tiguan's 10k oil change. We are staying in Pawleys Island, and as soon as we scheduled our appointment, their team was welcoming and accommodating. David, my service writer, was excellent. He kept me updated on my car's status through convenient text messages and was always quick to answer my questions. Their shuttle service was a huge plus; our driver, Jim, was friendly and drove us to and from the dealership. While waiting for the shuttle, I was impressed by their waiting area, which was clean and comfortable with plenty of seating and complimentary water. Overall, East Coast VW of Myrtle Beach exceeded my expectations and made what could have been a chore a truly pleasant experience. I highly recommend them!
